Finally!!! Rush has finally focused on the problems with and in Kosovo. For some of us, we have been screeming about this since April of 1999. Before you decide to jump all over me for any Rush comments, he has almost never spoke about the aftermath in Kosovo. Sure at times he has spoken poorly about the Kosovo operation, but I can't ever recall him saying that we had choosen the wrong side. The question is going to be if he actually goes more in depth or if this is going to be it???

Should we send him the hundreds of articles about Kosovo so he and the rest of the conservative world can catch up???

I didn't get the article name, and can't find it on his website. Did you get a source?

If Rush said that, then he's an ignoramus and his silence on the subject hitherto bespeaks that he knew that he didn't know squat on the subject.
Short answer to the "we picked the wrong side" argument: When choosing between genocidal monsters on the one side and drug dealing thugs on the other, choose the drug dealing thugs, that way you won't have any hard to explain mass graves afterwards.

Granted, Slobo is no day at the beach, but after having to deal with the KLA and their muslim ilk for successive generations, what do you expect?
And, when we have a president who makes policy decisions based on some stupid propaganda piece filmed by Laverne, what do you expect from that?
Good for Rush.

Clinton has gotten a free pass on Kosovo from most Republican politicians and most conservative commentators, as well as from the usual suspects.
It's regretable. We did indeed fight on the wrong side. Milosevitch was not a nice man, but he was not genocidal. Under his rule the number of Albanians in Kosovo increased. It was around 50% at the time of Tito's death, as I understand it, and about 90% when the war broke out. Albananians were mostly forced out of the country or killed after clinton started the bombing.
ALL of clinton's wars were fought on the wrong side. Aristide is a Communist fanatic, and there has been nothing but trouble since clinton installed him in power. Mogadishu was equally disastrous, because it encouraged bin Ladin to begin his campaign.

A lot of the GOP was on board for Kosovo, sadly.

I've always said that we screwed up, we killed Christians to save Muslims that hate us with every breath they take. It makes no sense whatsoever.

Too bad the mass graves were a fraud, leading us into a war on the side of the drug dealers and sex slavers, against people who didn't conduct a genocide.

Rush never has said that we had chosen the wrong side, I did. I would like for him to say so. I think for you to choose the side of Islamic separatist terrorist shows how little you know of the conflict. Can you tell me the where abouts of the mass graves you speak of, because the UN is still looking for them. Shall we talk about the lies of Racak or Operation Horseshoe?

I've seen 4000 people who would disagree, but they had holes in the back of their heads from Serb pistols and were too busy rotting to care.

I think for you to make such an accusation shows that you are an ignoramus. I was in Bosnia and saw the aftereffects of the genocide the Serbs committed with my own eyes.
To accuse me of backing "islamic separatist terrorist" for opposing Serb genocide of Muslims shows that you at best know nothing of what you are talking about.

["When choosing between genocidal monsters...."]
The big reason for NATO's intervention in Kosovo was alleged genocide (by Serbs). It turns out that there was no evidence of genocide in Kosovo.
I think you're listening to the biased Western media that picked sides against the Serbs.

It makes absolute sense.
Two words: GENOCIDE--BAAAAAAAAD.

Please show proof of said genocide

I think you're drinking too much slivo. I was in the former Yugoslavia for years after the end of the war as a peacekeeper. We weren't there for our health. We were there because the Serbs committed genocide against the Muslims of Bosnia and they were in the process of doing the same to the Albanians of Kosovo before we showed up and put them out of business.

Prehaps you should let the UN know where this mass grave is located, since they're having trouble finding it?
