GOP Leaders Target Election Fraud Maybe there is something here, clearly, something should be done. Do you know off hand, if you organize a watch group, would you have to be a registered voter from that district?
It'd be better if you were from the district if only to avoid the charges of "outsiders" trying to influence the vote but it probably isn't required.
