You're getting yourself worked up over nothing. I'm not arguing for or against any public policy position. From the beginning I've simply stated what I think is the right and proper thing from an individual perspective. Kind of like saying that I think it's tacky to fart loudly in a public place, or moon a Girl Scout jamboree. You've got a right to do it ... I've got a right to snub you for it.

Yes we CAN tell you you can't make your "n*****s" go to the back of the bus. Wasn't it great when the federal government came in and MADE you accept blacks in schools! When you make comments like that, it shows those of us with an intelligence just how backward you are. So go back to stocking shelves at wal-mart and let those of us who can actually THINK try to make the world a better place and quit living 150 in the past. Feel free to e-mail me if you can read well enough to do it.

I'm not arguing for or against any public policy position. But the guy who wrote the article is. He's engaged in guerrilla theater against the Florida Supreme Court decision that display of the Confederate flag is a free-speech issue and that people's use of it can't be constrained by ordinance or public law. He's moping publicly about the injustice of it all.......which will, naturally, in due course call for a change in the legal status of people who display that flag, in order, as the NAACP keeps telling us, to help the deserving innocent "be free" from the evil presence.
Liberals always want a court to land on the other guy. In this case, the Florida Supremes have pulled the opinionator's fangs, and he is reduced temporarily to trying to gum the opposition to death.
Why are you helping him?
