Having had the 'pleasure' of the US shysters legalisms regarding land, I would prefer to imagine them arrayed in court against a fitting opponent. Satan and his minions comes to mind as a fitting match.

I wish the Monroe County Tax Assessor's office knew and accepted that. Any case law to buttress such a position?
