Kerry 47% Bush 44%
February 16, 2004--Massachusetts Senator John F. Kerry now leads President George W. Bush by three points in the latest Rasmussen Reports Presidential Tracking Poll. As of this morning, Kerry attracts support from 47% of the nation's likely voters while Bush is the choice for 44%.
