Yes, but unfortunately, she has a very slim chance of winning in November. The 25th is the third or fourth most heavily Democrat districts in the state, trailing only two 40%-black districts (one in Dallas and one in Houston) and perhaps the new 38%-black CD in Houston and part of Fort Bend. If I lived in the 25th CD, I would vote for Hinojosa in the RAT primary just to get rid of the insufferable Doggett (and to make sure that the RATs can't claim that the GOP redistricting plan did not add any new Hispanic Representatives).
