The same standard should be applied here as was applied to Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice Roy Moore.

Justice Moore was removed from the court when he supposedly defied the law by refusing to remove the Ten Commandments monument from state property.

Moore did not break any law. He did not follow a judges order to defy the Alabama law he swore to defend.
Judges don't make law they enforce them.

Agreed. Something Conservatives have over liberals (and all others) is the mental capacity to be consistent. We can't claim to be indignant at the one, and supportive of the other.
