Brilliant!
I would scrape up audio or video of Kerry's Congressional testimony saying that he and other troops participated in war crimes; another with his hateful comments about the troops with a scroll asking "Can you trust this man to lead our military as CIC?"
Just showing his testimony, clips of his any/all of his antics with the Viet Nam Veterans Against the War, the F*** the Military tour with Fonda and Sutherland might sink him.

Yours is the most powerful one.
Maybe you should send it to Sean Hannity. I bet he would show it on his show.
Suggest also sending it to
http://www.usvetdsp.com/ -- they are the Veterans organization, which has the VietnamVeteransAgainstKerry website up.

John Kerry: Supports the Kyoto Treaty, supports the International Criminal Court, says we should not deploy US Military troops without the approval of the UN.

Voice Over: The US Military won a decisive battle against Terrorism by defeating the Taliban in Afghanistan.
Video Showing: F-18s, B-1s, Apache Helicopters, and other advanced weapons systems in action.
Voice Over: The US Military won another decisive battle against a dictatorial tyrant by defeating Saddam Hussein and his henchmen in Iraq.
Video Showing: More awesome weaponry in action.
Voice Over: However, if John Kerry had gotten his way, our brave military men and women would not have had the weapons systems needed to protect our soldiers, sailors, and marines in battle - and protect the American citizens at home.
Video Showing: F-22 flying - Red Stamp on side saying "John Kerry voted against this program".... B-1 flying - Red Stamp on side saying "John Kerry voted against this program". etc, etc, etc...
Voice Over: If it were up to John Kerry, we'd have to resort to throwing medals at the enemy, because we wouldn't have the weapons systems to defeat them.

(this ad sponsored by Viet Nam Vets against Kerry...in memory of 59 thousand true heros)...end with a scan of the wall

Patience is a virtue...
Think of this way.
Even with the 30/60 day, absolutely un-Constitutional, ban on expressing the opinion held by many people, the RNC will never support an issue advertising campaign based on such a premise.
Email it in, shout it from the rooftops (while you can), dream the dream, etc...
When it's actually needed, what you're suggesting would require backbone, a spine, intestinal fortitude by the GOParty...
Lead (when you have the opportunity), follow (and obstruct if you have no other option) or get out of the way (if the time comes that you're not willing to lead when you've been given the opportunity to do so)...

Start spot:
Service members training, perhaps running or at the range. One stops and looks at the camera and says:
"During the 2000 presidential election re-count debacle in Florida, the Democratic National Party Headquarters sent a 5-page memo to lawyers in Florida, explaining how to identify military absentee ballots and how to specifically disqualify these ballots. Only military absentee ballots were targeted. Why you ask? The DNC knew that private citizens living abroad tend to vote Democrat, while service members tend to vote heavily Republican.
"Think about that for a moment. A national political party in the United States intentionally attempted (and in numerous cases succeeded) to disqualify votes of citizens of the United States who have voluntary sworn to protect the same, because the DNC didn't like the way they might vote.
"Just think about that before you vote this November."
He turns and runs off to join his fellow service members and continues to train.
Fade to black, voice over: Please think before you vote.
End spot.
Tell me that wouldn't piss off alot of democRATS.
