Well, I tell you what. When you figure out what "the President's side of it" is, let me know, and then I'll let you know whether or not I'm on the same side.

As far as I'm aware (and I'm just waking up, so maybe he's already weighed in on this item, and I just haven't read about it yet), he has not stated whether or not he has taken any "side" in the San Fransico Mayor's stunt. Until such time as he does (if he does), I'm not really in any position to way whether or not I agree with his "side" of it.
After all, I'm certainly not going to give him my blind obedience, and declare what whatever side he should happen to take -- when/if he decides to take a side -- will automatically be my side. No one in his right mind would offer that kind of blind obedience.
I'm referring to the fact that it was the President's statement in the State of the Union that precipitated this horrendous chain of events.
Apparently THEY know who their enemy is...........
