A helping hand is being met by a barrage of rocks. The Fire Department has to abandon rescue efforts

After having been bombarded with bottles from the eight floor and having been stoned and spat at, the Malmo Fire Department finally had enough when a gang of youth attacked them with sledge hammers in October 2003. It was then demanded that Police have to escort all rescue missions in Rosengard (Muslim area of Malmo). The Fire Deparment is not alone. During this fall, stone throwing gangs have also attacked parking attendants, security guards, ambulance personell and police officers. As a consequence.....

The police have also had to reinfoce its missions into Rosengard. – A patrol has to guard the police car so it will not get smashed when the others are performing their assignment...

Even the local bus service has been bombarded by stones and has for some time not entered the residential areas...

Very interesting set of articles. It sparked a large ammount of debate in Sweden this summer, and is one of the few times anyone has dared to publically question the Socialist Democratic agenda. They are all fairly long and I did not bother to translate them all. The main point as far as I am conserned is that the social democratic thought police has been unable to quell the debate that is currently happening. Stone throwing against anoyone "Swedish looking" is a normal pastime among the immigrant youth. Where the attacks are spiced up with yells of "Swedish pigs, go home!"

Instead of the new immigrants culture moving towards a western mindset, there is a tendency towards islamification. All sponsered by government policy courtesy of the social democrats..

The Mosque fire was embroiled in controversy. It was first claimed to be a hate crime, but later the suspicion turned towards the Imam himself.

The threat that had been called in to the Mosque had been made with the Imam's cell phone.

So sad what's becoming of once-pristine Scandinavia because of the open border policies of the self-hating Left.

I haven't been in Sweden in 10 years, but I visit Norway about once a year. Last summer, in Oslo, I saw parts of the city that looked like a set from "Blackhawk Down". Everyone on the street appeared to be Somali. And if the newspapers are to be believed, partaking of the once-safe Oslo nightlife scene has become an exercise in risk-management.

Of course, here in the USA we have asleep-at-the-switch George Bush merrily continuing policies that now import about 100,000 muslims yearly as legal immigrants, and if his perfidious amnesty scheme ever gets through, those numbers will explode.

In some predominantly muslim quarters of Berlin, Germany it's similar. People confront police on the street and tell them to 'go home' because it's 'their turf'.

In France 1/4 of its five million Muslims live in the greater Paris area. There are 200,000 Muslims in the northwest quarter of Paris alone. In Montpellier some 25,000 of 200,000 inhabitants are Muslim. In Marseilles the ratio is much higher.

Along with Moss Side (Manchester), Bobigny (Paris), Gutleutviertel (Hamburg) we can today also list Angered (Gothenburg), Rinkeby (Stockholm) and Rosengard (Malmo). In Gothenburg, to give one example, there are many areas where 75-95 % of the population (neighbourhoods with of 5-10 000 people) are immigrants, the city is one of the most segregated in Europe. A young man (20 years) from Somalia told me in an interview 'Sweden does not need any apartheid laws, there are no laws needed forcing immigrant to live in certain locations. Its already a fact that all the blackheads are living separately, so the effect is just the same as the one that existed in South Africa. So, listen Man - Hammarkullen and Hjällbo are like the Soweto of Gothenburg … with one difference - we have no Mandela'. The parliamentary committee on 'big city conditions' recently presented statistics about the 'exposed urban districts' - more than 50 % of the children between 0-6 years of age have unemployed parents, in Gothenburg social entitlements increased by 100 % between 1990 and 1993, the unemployment for certain 'exposed' ethnic minorities are more that 90 %. - etc., etc. These circumstances have put Sweden more or less into a state of shock.
