I thought Kofi Annan was directly responsible for the workings of the oil for food program. Maybe there should be a look at his bank account. But I suppose if that were to occur the venerable Nelson Mandela will launch into another tirade on racism. Again the UN has proved itself a totally worthless, taxpayer funded blood sucking organization. Throw the bums out.

You are correct, Kofi has complete personal control of the UN's Oil for Food program. The program has never been audited and Kofi won't allow it. This seems rather unilateral and suspicious to me.
