A heavy emphasis would also be given to educating children about Islam to guard against what the think-tank regards as a growing phobia in schools towards Muslims.

The west is commiting suicide...

Children with strong religious beliefs would be encouraged to question them and to ask what grounds there are for holding them.

Notice the implied meaning is that Christian children with strong religious should be "encouraged" - it would be very un-PC to question any other religion (like Islam), socialism or the government group-think.

My favorite think tank recommends that children be taught to overthrow any government which pushes an anti-Christian message.

"The teaching of religious education in schools should be renamed spiritual education, with children being taught more about atheism...."

Fine. It's about time the secular humanists were called on their beliefs. Lumping their philosophy into the ~spiritual~ realm could be the first step in fighting the intrusion into the public pulpit.

It calls for equal weight to be given to agnosticism and humanism as is given to Christianity.

Well that would be a good start. But that might require closing the school for lack of anything to teach as Humanism IS the state sanctioned school religion a large percentage of what is taught is based on humanistic doctrines.

This is creepy. As I read this, I am also listening to the Left behind Series dramatization. The part I'm listening to right now? The ressurection of Carpathia (antichrist)! Found here from the book "The Indwelling" and track 12 BTW, you can listen to all 11 current books online here and highly recommended.

Children should learn more about cults and atheism? Only if the learning takes place in a context of "These are things that may lead you astray. Beware." Somehow I don't think that's what the think tankers have in mind.

This is exactly why we have a 1st ammendment to the constitution. A lot of things are done in the name of the ammendment 1, but this nails it. Dead dudes in wigs were way ahead of their time...
