They went crazy. Also most of the drivers waited in line to shake the President's hand. Ear-to-ear grins on every one of them.

From what I've read, he received a thunderous ovation and greeting. Of course, the DUers said they hear boos. ;)

My sister and her husb were there--I'll be anxious to hear from them. They didn't answer their cell phone--I wonder if with the increased security they were not allowed to take them in.
It looked like he was well-received, and there were smiles all around as he greeted the drivers and their crews.
