[history]
President Bush made his way to Daytona International Speeway today, where he was honored with starting the race. Air Force One touched down on a near-by airstrip after doing a fly-by for the thousands of NASCAR fans in attendance. The President's motorcade then made a trip around the oval before heading to Pit Row, where the President greeted many of the drivers. Bush also took time to greet some fans in the stands. Enjoy your daily dose of Dubya!

Mama. Continued Prayers for you. The angels are a beautiful thought. Angels for an angel. I'm glad you came here to share your thoughts. So many of us are thinking about you, and praying for you.

No hangovers... just tired, and the depression that hits when you turn 35. Yuck.

He's pretending to drive in this one, isn't he?? LOL!Haha. They're all little boys at heart aren't they? Give them a big engine and something to steer it with and they're happy as clams.

Our prayers are with you. I remember a dream I had after my father died. Even though this was 30 years ago, I remember that dream like it was last night. There was a huge, green peaceful meadow, and I saw my 2 dogs who had paassed away running after my father. It gave me such comfort, and even though I still missed my father so much, I was always at peace after that. It was like my father was sending me a message that everything was OK, he was happy, to get on with my life. It took a lot of the pain away.

He could be NG...I know the military has many programs they use for recruiting.....The Army even has a traveling soccer team, that caught my son Jonathan's interest when he enlisted.

I watched the race with some "former" gore voters. My friend with tears in her eyes said "i dont care what anybody thinks, george bush is the best president we've had in years".
Dont let the poll numbers fool you, the president will win by a landslide if we turn out to vote.

That is one good thing about Fla airports, they are usually right on TOP of the city or other attractions, none of these long commutes for 40 miles to town. [PS Denver sux]
Wish they could change the 1st line on this thread, it is Yahoos fault I am sure but it says Dayton instead of DAYTONA, gets under a Floridian's skin.

No, that's my fault. I thought I had fixed that and added an a to the end of Dayton, but I guess not! If the kind Admin Moderator could correct the word Dayton and change it to Daytona, I would greatly appreciate it.

LOL, if we can't get you on Extreme Makeover, maybe we can do a Dose makeover, but be careful what you wish for. I have a feeling our tastes are all over the spectrum here.
