Didn't the administration say Bush didn't have a physical in Alabama because he knew he wouldn't by flying there, as they didn't have the aircraft he was qualified for in Alabama?

I believe they said his ability to fly lapsed because he did not take a physical in Texas because he was going to Alabama and would not be flying there.
