I want John Kerry to produce the doctors who treated him for the wounds associated with the Purple Hearts that HE USED to get out of Vietnam and combat duty. Well John, I don't have all the facts, so it's important that you adress it.

We haven't heard squat from Terry McAuliffe lately. That tells me this story is close to kaput...

What amazes me about this whole story is that anyone who has ever worn a uniform knows how screwed up the paperwork is, always was, and probably always will be.
Forms get lost, clerks are sloppy, records are misfiled, and it all happens with such overwhelming regularity that only the massive redundancy of the active systems keeps the whole mess functioning in a reasonably forward direction. And that's in the active services.
National Guard units? I would shudder to even think about what a mess their files must be after 30 years.
