He wont beat Boxer. Someone on here wrote one time Californians woudl vote for $5 per gallon gas and terrorists running up and down every street just as long as abortion was legal

Consider that California had loosened its abortion laws in 1967, what they really want is to impose abortion on demand on the rest of the country. Even if a future SCOTUS reversed Roe v Wade, it would only return the issue back to the states. I'm quite sure the California Assembly would write abortion language into new law that would keep abortion in California just as easily available as it is now under Roe. A US Senator would have very little to say about the abortion laws even within his or her home state.

I'm not certain, but I think they have already done so.
