Ever notice how, when the CEO goes on vacation, they do not bring in a substitute? However, if the janitor goes on vacation, they have to find a replacement.

When a CEO goes on vacation, do you truly think they're on vacation in the same sense that other non-CEO's such as yourself (presumably) are on vacation?
