Is there a set time limit under the FOIA regarding the response to such requests or can they just put you off until, say, November 15th? I had to do some FOIA requests in my job years ago and the information was a very long time coming. Just wondering if the FOIA has been amended since then.
And it should be pretty easy to locate these records as I can't imagine more than one; Kerry, John, Forbes being born in Denver, Colorado on Dec. 11, 1943.
