Why Hasn't America Been Attacked Again?

Because Al Queda is so frightened of JOHN KERRY that they are terrified that he would be elected President and REALLY get tough on them. So they have held off.

Perhaps Kerry will fight them for four or five months and then bug out on a technicality?
