I think Kerry has reason to believe this woman will keep quiet. I wonder why?

I think she knows how the RATS deal with people who get in their way. Teddy Kennedy is probably coaching Kerry on how to drown witnesses. Not to mention that hizzonor probably has printed instructions on how to perform arkancide.
