If Osama bin Ladin and his ilk are Evil's cash, Cynthia Tucker, Cohn-Kerry, any Clinton, Yasser Dashle et al are the same deal on hire purchase.

My gosh ! Where has this bi*ch been living the last 2+ years ?
In a cave with ObL or something like that ?? ...Barring another attack on U.S. soil, the presidential election won't be won or lost on the war on terror. Bush beats the war drum too late; for the past two years, he has spent precious little time enlisting the average American in the war effort.
He talks of the War on Terror all the time !

The simple truth is that the United States should be engaged in a grueling, long-term campaign against Islamist fanatics. But that sort of war would likely have entailed an invasion of Pakistan instead of the distraction of Iraq. Pakistan has done everything that Bush falsely claimed Iraq had done: it sheltered al-Qaida, and its scientists sold secrets and parts for making the mother of all WMD -- the nuclear bomb -- to North Korea, Libya and Iran. Where to begin picking up the wreckage of a human mind in tertiary liberyllis.
Cynthia, you groaned at the coining of the phrase Axis of Evil, yet you beat the drums of war with North Korea and Iran?
You bring up Libya, but, hey presto, Libya copped a plea.
Iran has until next month.
North Korea knows the days of champagne toasts with Madcowdisease Albright are over finit histoire.
Distraction? Why did Saddam's chief of intel meet with Atta?
Salman Pak trained the hijackers. Al Qaeda and Osama were guests of Saddam.
America has not been attacked again because all the bojinka cracksmokers are drawn to jihad in Baghdad.
And as for my reaction to Russert? Neither fright nor flabbergastomy.
Proud of our president; revolted by Tim Buttpimple's partisan hackery.
Did the Mars rover find our astronauts' flag or not?

Hey, Cynthia, Rome wasn't built in a day. We'll get to the pockets of evil around the world when and where our interest is overwhelmingly involved. You sound as if you've forgotten the lessons of 9/11. We are incredibly lucky to have a man of intelligence and honor in the WH. The angel still rides the whirlwind, and thank God for that. Speaking of shopping malls, since shopping seems on your mind, Bush's resolve and determination is the reason Peachtree Mall (Plaza?) and thousands more, haven't suffered the same fate as the World Trade Center.
