I'd wager it would be on Wednesday, except that it's already happened.

Two dames who got a civil union in Vermont asked a court in Idaho (I think) to dissolve it. The court, for some reason was going to go ahead, not realizing both people were female (maybe a name thing) and then the Judge said, hold on, we can't dissolve what we don't recognize.

I admit, that's a pretty poor retelling, but it's a true story no matter how much I mangled it, being too lazy to google, sorry!

That's what's needed - a test case involving, say, a wealthy gay being taken to the cleaners by his/her playtoy in a nasty divorce settlement.

That just might put the quietus on the marriage rage among queers.

Because of this ruling, we are going to our civilization go further away from God's laws, and more involved in the foolishness of man's law! Same sex is an abmonitation, totaly against God's teaching! What is really sad, this reveals a further break down of our current society! Go back to the Holy Bible and read about what happened to the Sodomites!
