It was in the original thread about Breaking News on Drudge - it was well over 500 posts before Drudge finally talked.

In that thread is a photo of Kerry surrounded by a bunch of girls in blue shirts - except one. She is brunette and standing far away from Kerry - she is not dressed to go to a picnic. She is dressed in a Muffy pink sweater set.
