Well, I don't necessarily disagree -- but, would like to see a little more evidence of exactly what he did to abet the terrorists before we kill him.

Because Johnny Jihad was actually bearing arms against Americans, seems to me he deserved the death penalty as much as McVeigh (instead of 20 years).

I understand he plead the case, offering substantial intel info to the government -- wonder if he's actually delivered anything substantive ??

Anybody heard any update reports how he's actually doing in prison ??

It seems to me that they have him dead to rights.

As for Johnny Jihad, he should have had a dirt nap quite a while ago. I seem to remember some post that said he is not favored by other prisoners, but I have no link.
