I'm just wondering if this story wasn't a plant by the Kerry campaign to take away the Vietnam/Hanoi Jane story which is bigger anyway. Just a thought, as the Vietnam story could really hurt him while sex with an intern has already been tried by another scumbag!I agree. Hanoi Jane will hurt him with far more people than an affair. Whine all you want, but this woman is in the news and her picture is posted. Get over it. If she decided, by her own choice, to get involved with a married Senator, then she deserves all the attention she is getting and will CONTINUE to get until she starts talking. And apparently, she is not talking. For that reason, I couldn't care less if she is a "villain" or not.

I wonder if the fiance is legit. It looks good for her to have a fiance now!!!
If it is I feel terrible for her that she has to deal with this; but if she did screw a married man, she brought it on herself.

The plot thickens.
This really looks like another Bill/Hill/Gennifer Flowers triangle to me. JFingK's wife, Teresa, once threatened to "maim" him if she ever caught him cheating. At this point, she holds his political fate in her hands. In return for her silence over this affair, she will be able to extract a promise of Presidential support for her own extremist and anti-American agenda.
For those who don't know, Teresa Heinz-Kerry's ideological leanings go far beyond the standard liberal claptrap. She is a leading financial supporter of some of the most vicious terror-enablers and fifth columnists in the country today. These include the rabidly anti-semitic Indymedia organization, which openly advocates the killing of American soldiers and Israeli children; the Communist-organized ANSWER anti-war organization; and the Ruckus Societ, which trains leftist goons in the tactics of unlawful street protest.
Dean and Edwards may not understand how to confront America's enemies, but the Kerrys ARE the enemy.

It does not matter to any Democrat if the candidate has a history of messing around. It is a waste of time to chase this girl around. There will be nothing to report and the Kerry camp is determined. The Democrats found Gennifer Flowers and Jimmy McDougal. The voters knew Clinton was a confirmed lying cheat when they elected him. He did it again in the whitehouse. It is a waste of time. They should concentrate on his voting record and him taking the side of Communists.
