Thanks for posting this. Florence King's end page column was the first thing I read when I got my NR in the mail. I dropped my subscription sometime back but I miss reading the old girl. I understand she is no longer with NR. Is she writing elsewhere or retired, do you know?

You're very welcome. Ms. King has retired, however, all of her NR columns are collected in a book available on NRO.

I used to read her column first, as well and am quite disappointed with the pukey Megan Gurdan's, (sp) and her outrageously spoiled children, column that has taken Flo's place. Many are the complaints I have lodged about Ms. Gurdan's creepy column, all ending in "Bring back Flo!"
