Publicly thank them all for the suburb job they did providing the US with critical information necessary to our prosecution of the War on Terror, give each one a flowery letter to that effect, Announce that as compensation they will each be given US $20,000 in cash, hold a big well publicized ceremony, give them their letters, the cash and release them.
