Wrong, wrong, wrong. The solution is to prohibit the Federal government from forcing other states into recognizing another state's societal lunacy.
Can't disagree with this. Problem is, unless we can get a constitutional amendment passed (which I don't think will happen), we have to rely on the courts ruling the right way.
