Armondo Hernandez, the perp.... Legal or Illegal? It'a a fair question.
Would it be just as fair to ask this about the father and daughter in this case? Or is it fair just because he has a Latin name?

Or is it fair just because he has a Latin name? I have no dog in this fight, but come on, the chances of a person being illegal alien are greater if they have a Hispanic last name than a Western Eurpoean or Jewish surname.
And one plus one equals two, and grass is green.
Drop the policital correct nonesense.

Or is it fair just because he has a Latin name? That, plus the fact that there are approximately 10-15 million people illegally in the United States who have "Latin" names.

It's fair.
Just like it would have been fair and oh, so life & death important to have known that Rafael Racindez Ramariz was a double-digit number of times Illegal alien border crasher.
Who was Ramairz? "The Train Killer" from '98 or '99, who killed more than a dozen people in the rural heartland, all near freight train lines.
For the record, I think it was established that Ramariz in not the killers real name, it's just the one I remember.
But I don't expect the legality of a perp to be mentioned in most national news stories. It's so unPC you see.
There is much crime in this country. Lawful citizens deserve to know explicity how many Illegals commit crimes so they can make informed decisions RE immigration/border policy.

Hicks of the York Dispatch, "was at Wal-Mart shopping for nail polish when she was approached by Armondo Hernandez, an illegal alien who happens to be 22 years her senior. Hernandez is alleged to have propositioned Jamie Hunt, offering her $200 and $300 for sex and touching her repeatedly
quot;even after she clearly told him to leave her alone."
Hunt raced to the Wal-Mart, keeping his daughter on the line. When he arrived, Hernandez was coming at his daughter again. So, Hunt punched him in the nose, and detained him for the police.
But they arrested Hunt, too.
""""Hernandez pleaded guilty to indecent assault and harassment, and is now awaiting deportation."""
Hunt was charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct. But he is refusing a plea bargain offered by the prosecutor. "I told them no
quot;I'm not pleading guilty to anything," Hunt told columnist Hicks. "I'll take my chances with a jury."
