Pennsy Taxpayers give ACCUSED child-molestor a $124,000 Vacation
"We handle the payroll function," -- "We have not been issued an order to stop his pay."

Pazuhanich, who faces child molestation and public intoxication charges, has been placed on administrative leave, reportedly at his own request and apparently with pay. His absence from work on Tuesday and Wednesday has not quieted the buzz about his situation inside the courthouse.
Wednesday morning, the state's Judicial Conduct Board issued a statement acknowledging that it has been investigating the Pazuhanich case since the criminal charges were filed. The statement apparently was issued in response to "numerous inquiries" it has received about its activity.
"The board has unanimously launched a full investigation, and the judge and his attorney have been duly notified ... The judge has the right to provide a written response," the brief news release said. The statement was issued by Joseph A. Massa Jr., chief counsel for the board, which has the power to cite judges for misconduct.
Massa was at the Monroe County Courthouse before 9 a.m. Wednesday to meet with the other five judges in the Monroe County Court of Common Pleas. The judges reportedly pressured Massa to file charges against Pazuhanich with the Court of Judicial Discipline. That court would decide if Pazuhanich should be suspended, removed or punished in some other way, but it can do nothing unless the Judicial Conduct Board files charges first.
Massa would not talk about the case when approached after the meeting. One source at the courthouse expects the Judicial Conduct Board to file a complaint soon. The Court of Judicial Discipline had not received a complaint as of Wednesday afternoon.
Pazuhanich did not return a phone message left at his home.
The exact details of Pazuhanich's administrative leave are not known. Pazuhanich reportedly wrote a letter to President Judge Ronald E. Vican requesting the leave of absence.
Art Heinz, the spokesman for the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts, said he has been told that Pazuhanich has been placed on administrative leave, but said he's not familiar with the details. He said Vican would have determined the conditions.
Vican wasn't available for comment Wednesday.
Heinz said his office would be notified if there is an order to stop payments to Pazuhanich, who is earning $124,000 per year as judge.
"We handle the payroll function," he said. "We have not been issued an order to stop his pay."

There is a significant difference between "accused" and "convicted."
I'm hoping his next vacation is a long one with a big burly guy named Bubba!
Are you one of those people who feels that an accusation is sufficient to convict? I believe that it was on these forums a couple of days ago that three girls admitted that they had falsely accused some guy of molesting them because they were late for school and wanted and excuse. They guy spent 8 months in jail presumably fending off bubba because of these false accusations. I guess you think that's OK. Or do you think (like I do) that the three girls should spend 8 months in jail to balance things out.
I'm leaving that determination to the jury.
I see you ignored my question about the girls. I'll repeat. DO you think the three girls should spend 8 minths in jail with 7 felony charges and a possiblity of 5 additional years in jail as did the guy they falsely accused?
As to whether he's guilty or not that is up to a jury to decide. You obviously consider him guilty solely on the basis of the accusation. Do you know something about the situation personally? Or do you just think that an accusation proves guilt - another question that you ignored. That would get you thrown off the jury (and a good thing for justice too)
And please, next time I ignore one of your questions don't repeat it, that's rude. I simply chose to ignore it, that's what one does with stupid questions -- that's also my right.
Also darling, please try to be less strident -- it isn't amusing.
Not answering is also considered rude and trollish behavior and usually shows that you don't have an answer. Were the questions too difficult for you? Or are you one of the feminazi crowd that believes that men are always guilty
-- it isn't amusing.
Like I care about amusing you.
Also darling
Try to be less supercilious and condescending it isn't amusing.
Let's summarize. You consider the guy to be guilty, but have given no information other than he has been accused. You failed to respond to any of the points I raised other than to make a few snotty irrelevant remarks.
Yep I was really strident when I said this. Oh wait it was you that said this
Speaking of trolling why was a grown man at a Hilary Duff concert? Ah yes, you're right -- he's a patron of the arts.
Well you keep right on sticking up for your perverts -- and I'll stick up for the 10 year-olds.
And I must confess you might be right, strident might just be your style -- so deliciously manly.

Well toots let's review again for your short attention span. You post some drivel stating that some guy is guilty before he's been tried. I attempt to point out to you that in the USA an accusation is not considered equivalent to guilt, and the it's up to a jury to decide not you or me.
You answer none of my points because you're either too stupid or too arrogant or both and procede to insult me for daring to disagree with your presumption of guilt. You with me so far sweet cheeks?
Then after saying you hope the guy meets Bubba in jail, you accuse me of being strident; again because I have the nerve to disagree with you
Speaking of trolling why was a grown man at a Hilary Duff concert?
Incredibly egregiously bad taste is the only reason I can think of.
Well you keep right on sticking up for your perverts
Au contrair sweetums, I am sticking up for due process. You might have heard of it (but probably not), but you obviously haven't a clue as to what it means. I'll try to keep the words simple and the phrases short so as not to strain either your intellect or your attention span (oh darn I've lost you again haven't I) Due process meant that there is a presumtion of innocence and that to be considered guilty you have to be tried and convicted (sorry about the big words)
I gotta confess, your style, so arrogantly stupid, doesn't fit with most of the posters on this forum. But what the heck, if you can't take the heat stay in the kitchen
And you might want to consider the meaning of the phrases "due process" and "presumption of innocence" For all I know the guy is guilty as hell, but until he is convicted in a court of law he ain't officially guilty.
You might at least have noticed I put ACCUSED in caps every time. Now you've gone and hurt my feelings. Beast.
Now get back in you cage.
Effective treatments didn't exist -- the men weren't at the contagious stage so the didn't threaten the safety of others.
Those in the early stages (sores) were rejected from the study and received treatmant (because the treatments of the time were thought to be only effective in the early stages).
Thus the treatable were treated and the UN-treatable were studied. Not perfect but hardly a horror. Certainly not the Dr.-Mengele-like "experiment" as portrayed by the racial profiteers.
What I love about arrogant idiots (that would be you) is that they're too dumb to realize it and too impressed with themselves to understand that not everyone thinks they're as clever as they do. When you develop
