These liberals will excuse anything, and I mean anything.
What John Kerry did after the Vietnam war was turn on his fellow soldiers, he could have protested our Government and I would defend his right to do that. But when he slandered every single warrior in Vietnam, he abandoned his brothers and stabbed them in the back as well.
I believe John Kerry went to joined the Navy and went to Vietnam because of his post Vietnam ambitions, he was closely associated with the Kennedy's and the Liberal elite and after reading what I have about his service, I believe he had people looking after him. But that's not the point, John Kerry gave aid and comfort to our enemies and he knew it. When he testified in the 1971 Foreign relations Committee hearing, he knew his testimony was being broad-casted around the world and he painted a picture of American Soldiers raping and murdering innocent people, he painted their Commanders as being complicit and cowardly, he painted our Government as racist, and for that I will never forgive him.
John Kerry owes this country and our Vietnam Vets an apology and his resignation from public service. This man is unfit to serve in any official capacity representing this great country.
John Kerry has never stood for anything, the few times he has attempted to stand for anything, it was against his country and his brothers in arms. John Kerry might have served his country well in battle, but so did Benedict Arnold

It was so funny today -- first report was Clark started the firestorm and shortly thereafter it was Clark gong to endorse Kerry. Unbelieveable! BTW, they said on the news here in OK that Clark hadn't paid his staff for two weeks!

I feel like I'm in a looney bin. Here I sat, watching Robert Reich tell me/us exactly HOW we are suppose to interpret the Vietnam War. A man who never even served. A man who was part of an administration that tried to subvert this country.
I swear, I have the absolute WORST feeling that these "children of the 60's" are coming back to finish off this country.
Here we are, once gain "fighting" the Vietnam War!
If I hear the words "war hero" one more time, I may explode!
Turn on Hardball. Burkett is on!

I'm re-watching this lying turd now, I'm going to find out who the Adjudant General or General's that was/were serving in the Texas Air National Guard in 1997 and contact them if I can. I have already saved 30+ articles written by this fraud Burkett, everyone of them are antiwar, pro Green Peace and anti anything Republican or Conservative. The guy is a hack and I think we should ping those who like to research these types of things and lat us have a good old fashioned FReeper look into this frauds past and his connections to Candidates, who he has donated to, who he has worked for and what he has for dinner. These frauds must be confronted.
Did you just notice he avoided saying he would testify under oath?

The Republicans want the status quo, not a shakeup that might bring John Edwards to the top. If they couldn't have Dean, who melted down on his own, Kerry is an acceptable alternative for Republicans to run against. It is clearly Lehane who has an axe to grind and is shopping this information.

You're on the right track. All of the glowing reports about John "Foughtinwar" Kerry's heroism in Vietnam combined with the shrill-Leftwing-mediawhore-lemmings unrelenting attack on the bogus Bush AWOL story is a well orchistrated campaign to defelect attention from Kerry's treasonous post-Vietnam activities. I guarantee you that this was planned from the embryonic stages of Kerry's campaign as best and only possible way to mute this very politically problematic phase of Kerry's life.

A question asked by Rush today...."If he knew about the atrocities in Viet Nam....as an officer he had a duty and responsibility to report any abuses he knew about right then and there. Why didn't he?" I wish somebody would ask it loud and clear.

BURKETT IS A KNOWN LIAR!!!
Burkett stops short of directly accusing Bartlett of "doctoring" Bush's records. Instead, Burkett faults the Bush campaign and senior officials of the Texas National Guard for incompetence in failing to release two key documents that would answer questions about Bush's absence from duty - but not his grounding from flight.
Burkett boils it down to a simple question: "Why didn't Governor Bush simply release his military pay files and retirement points accounting records, which are the only official records that will show that he satisfactorily and honorably completed his service commitment?"
Bill L. Burkett v. William W. Goodwin, Jackie L. Taliaferro and Archie M. Meador
Bill Burkett, a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the Texas Army National Guard, brought a personal injury action against appellees, William Goodwin, Jackie Taliaferro, and Archie Meador, all of whom were his superior officers. (1) Burkett appeals from the trial court's order dismissing his lawsuit. While Burkett sets out his appellate issue as "whethe... More...
