With all due respect, RC, I read the piece, I understand what it says, so I don't need you to explain it to me. If you'd like to offer an alternative analysis of stats and figures, I wouldn't be opposed to reading it.
Now maybe it wasn't your intent, or maybe it's that English isn't your mother tongue, but your assumption that you need to explain it to me is condescending and off-putting.
So how IS Mr. Rybkin coming along? I do hope he doesn't get hold of any more bad tea.
