Imus is like a lot of us, imo, he just wants controversy.

I heard Imus earlier this week with Laura Ingrham, he was totally flying cover for Kerry and bashing Bush before, during, and after the interview with Laura. Sometimes it's hard to be sure where he stands, but he sure was showing his true colors on that show.

I just said the following in a FReep mail:

I quit watching just about everything else in the morning. If Imus is on vaction, I go into withdrawal. I like him because he doesn't take me for an idiot and knows that most of his audience gets it's news from other sources. When he does remotes at other cities, better than 90% of those who show up to see him are conservatives. I don't get the angst towards him on FR. Bernard McQuirk and Charles McCord are self proclaimed conservatives. Imus just knows talent and wants to entertain.
