Yes she did get him to sign a Pre-nuptal.
If they get a divorce or Teresa dies, all the money goes to Teresa Heinz children.
I wonder how Jon Heinz would feel if he was alive today.
To see his Ex Wife married to a Democrat who will become the Democratic Nominee.

I don't know if there was a pre-nup, but he might have some problems getting cooperation from her. Her money could still come in handy.
