Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger has so many government reform proposals in the air that one wonders how he can keep track of them all. Among other things, the new governor is trying to overhaul education finance, completely remake the Medi-Cal system for the poor and fix a prison system rotten with corruption and abuse.

On that date I will publish my vanity, 100 Day Report Card.
Many on this forum will not care nor will they enjoy reading it but I'll feel better busting a lot of myths around here.
Preview: In the first 90 days there has been a lot of hype, hope and rhetoric but in reality he has accomplished almost nothing different than existed in the 100 days before his inauguration. He has not cut a single tax rate, nor reduced state spending by one thin dime, nor proposed a meaningful reform of the workers compensation mess and is about to undo the good work he accomplished when he derailed the alien driver's license fiasco.
Well, this IS upper Mexico, so that's just business as usual here. I believe, though, that Arnie always did say that he'd consider a law that would contain certain "safeguards" -- like, say, Cedillo personally vouching for each and every applicant.
Anyway, I'll be looking forward to your report card.
