Going, going ... two photographs released by Greenpeace - top, taken in 1928
and bottom, January 2004, show the decrease in size of the Upsala Glacier in the
Patagonia region of Argentina. Greenpeace says it is dramatic evidence of the effects
of climate change. It said rising temperatures are causing glaciers in the Patagonia
area to melt at a rate of 42 cubic kilometres a year - faster than anywhere else on earth.

I agree, being just south of Dallas I'm just about tired of being cold and wet. I actually think it would be better if it just went ahead and snowed...but wait, we Texans don't know how to drive in snow, so I better wish for blue skies instead.

"Most beautiful place on earth", hmmm . . . let's pool some money, build condos and sell them off as "timeshares".

Newsflash:
Greenpeace discovers dramatic evidence of Summer in January
Environmental experts have found disturbing effects of pollution, causing Argentina to experience Summer in January! Local conservatives with ties to the Menem regime make the outlandish claim that Summer has been happening in January in the Southern Hemisphere for as long as they can remember.
"These oil-industry shills are ridiculous," Greenpeace activist Ima Hagg exclaimed, "I was in Brazil in July just two years ago and it was plenty hot!"

what they arent tell you is most of that melting proably took place between 1928 and like 1960s with little or no melting since. Ive seen this little trick done before.

Also the pic was taken in 1928, but what month? Since January is the middle of summer, I am not surprised that there is quite a bit of melt.
Enviromentalists are LIARS. The top pic could have been in the dead of winter, like July with the botton pic being in the middle of summer.
