Kerry is a stand-in for Senator Edward Kennedy, the latest in a long list of failed Massachusetts liberals who wanted to be president--a list that includes Michael Dukakis, Paul Tsongas, and of course, Teddy himself.Bump...

Kerry's biggest liability is his similarity to Clinton. Does this country really want another sixties radical, never-had-a-real-job, foreign-educated, military-hating, can't give a straight answer to a question, flip-flopper philanderer TO BECOME PRESIDENT AGAIN?

Two of the 12 recommendations from Kerry's BCCI Sub-committee report to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee in 1992.(Report filed and buried in December of 1992 in the 'lame duck' session following Clinton's electon)--
3. THE SUBCOMMITTEE RECOMMENDS THAT THE CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY AND STATE DEPARTMENT UPGRADE THE TRACKING OF FOREIGN FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS AND ACTIVITIES, AND THE DISSEMINATION OF INFORMATION CONCERNING SUCH INSTITUTIONS.
4. THE SUBCOMMITTEE RECOMMENDS THAT THE CONGRESS CONSIDER WHETHER ADDITIONAL OVERSIGHT MECHANISMS ARE NECESSARY TO ENSURE THE CIA'S ACCOUNTABILITY ON THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION.
NOTE: Think of how many lives could have been saved on 9/11 had Kerry and the Senate done something about the 'known' INTELLIGENCE failures.

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1077169/posts This link is to a very perceptive editorial in today's Opinion Journal. Editor Daniel Henninger says this is the most important election - which will either see the fruition of, or put to an end the hold of the sixties' crowd on our political power. I recommend all to take it seriously.

Any time a Boston or New Englnad news program would be doing a remote report, live, Kerry would show up and try to insert himself into the report somehow. Always trying to get in on the live shots. The coiner of the nickname is Howie Carr I believe.

The 'affairs' dominate the headlines and talkshows; but, the politics of Kerry and the other Socialists are the real danger to what's left of our 'free' society. Kerry's 'work record'(See the BCCI 'link' and report) shows arrogance and unconcern for those non-elites which I and most middle-class Americans are.

What did Kerry know about the 9/11 threat? (See BCCI report and recommendations by his Senate Foreign Relations Committee.) When did he know it? (December, 1992-during the G.H.W. Bush 'lame duck' session.) And, what did Kerry and the Clinton Administration do with the recommendations in 1993? (Sent it to the big 'gubmint' warehouse in the sky) Had Kerry and the Clinton Administration ACTED on the BCCI report recommendations, 9/11 could have been prevented, IMHO.
