According to some articles, Brown was afraid of losing his seat due to redistricting. T, do you have any background or the current status of this in Ohio?

Not sure. I think that was decided in 2002, and Tom Sawyer lost to Sherrod Brown. They merged two districts controlled by the Rats, thereby eliminating one Rat.
