It sounds mostly good to me, but I would question why it doesn't mention what would happen in the case of rape... What will make it a non-starter is if they did not address the life of the mother. Without that exception, there is no way it will even be considered. It probably won't anyways. I think chipping away at Roe v. Wade may be the only successful way, although I applaud their effort.

Note that it does not exalt the life of one above the life of the other. The physician is to do what he can to save both, but if he can't, he can't.
