"You're either naive or a DU troll, please wake up because they dig up dirt on our side and conceal dirt for their side and yes they chose sides in 1952."

So your argument comes down to an ad hominem attack on me does it? Am I wrong?

Yes you are wrong, an ad hominim attack is without merit. You blithely claim the press is supposed to dig for the truth. Yet this isuue was vetted in 2000 and it is not news yet the media is digging like hell to make it stick and you expect that the press will do the right thing. If you are not a DU troll then consider membership and keep posting here because its fun to shoot arrows at you.

You are dead wrong.

The press IGNORED Clinton's blatant draft dodging, but trumpets the baseless AWOL charge against Bush.

Methinks you are a longtime troll.

Over in DU, there have been libslime bragging that they are registered here and not suspected of being trolls.

Looks like your true nature hath outed itself, and you are caught.

Begone troll!

The DNC has sent trolls to numerous internet forums masquerading as conservatives. It's part of their strategy for campaign 2004. I believe their objective is not to change everyone's mind but to just grab a voter here or there. If it's going to be close, they are going to be here at Free Republic looking for lambs to the slaughter.

Freepers beware!

As nice as it would be to believe that the function of the press is going after and publishing the truth, this is sadly far from the truth. The press, in this day in age, is to primarily serve as advertising, making a profit, and maybe serve as a mouthpiece for those who are paying the bills.

There is but a few in the independent press, who are committed to serving the greater good, but they are outnumbered 100-1.

There is no problem asking questions, and trying to probe for answers, but when the answers are adequate, why is there a need to manipulate it for the people who it would harm, unless it was informationally harmful to those in the know.
