ZOT _ Why don't they get it?????????????????
c8c3

Posted on 02/10/2004 6:18:34 PM PST by c8c3

Why don't they get how how can the conservatives not see the truth when it is hanging in front of them. I have studied dictators. I have ingested too much false and unverified information to go on without talking out. Bush is the real dictaor here. I admit that Saddam Hussien was an evil man and that he horrible things, but our actions against him were completely uncalled for. Why did we invade Iraq to begin with? Was it for those ever elusive weopons of mass destruction? Or was it for a more personal gain? Perhaps oil? I challange any person out there to tell me why. If you any of you can give me a verified answer i will beleive them. But until then i will accept the liberal answer. I also challange all of you to prove to prove that you are strong enough to leave this here without having to run off and tell "mommy".

c8c3 is a cheese-eating surrender monkey!

That's corroborated by the fact that he posted this thread at 6:18:34 pm PST, but his date of registering with Free Republic is listed as February 11, 2004. So obviously he's at least six hours to the East of the Pacific Coast.

Or was it for a more personal gain?

Yeah, that's it, genius. He wanted one of Saddam's palaces instead of his ranch in Crawford.

I cant help but wonder how many Dictators this guy Zot knows who have to face an election every 4 years. One where he can be removed, not the kind they had in Iraq.

It's not an acronym. It's the sound of a lightning bolt.

Can someone tell me why these postings are not pulled before those who would respond can provide fodder for left-leaning sites? Cant we tell when we are being studied for effect and learn to ignore these posts until they are deleted?

Why can't you liberals get it! We are in a war against TERRORIST'S. Terrorist's are those who perform the terrorist act and those who support them.

It is a well known FACT that Saddam Hussien paid a reward to the families of suicide bombers who blow up INNOCENT men, women and children in Israel, whose lives were no less precious then those who were killed here on Sept. 11th.

Case closed. "You are either with us or against us". Supporting Terrorist makes you a terrorist!

I'll give you a shot at some good reasons for going into Iraq. First you need to invest some study into the Islamic mind set. Islam has a pattern, every few thousand years they swarm. They work themselves up in the religiosity of Islam which tells them if they are not conquering the world for Allah then they are not doing as they should. Their culture has to do with honor and shame, and they will not stop giving the populations they overrun the choice of death or Allah until they are shamed and their spirits broken by defeat. Iraq is a strategic location, with the largest military machine in the middle east, we killed two birds with one stone.

How quickly we all forget.

This is Hans Blix's, UN chief weapons inspector, own list of WMD's and issues he highlighted, from his speech to the UN on Jan 27th, 2003, written up in the Daily News, UK., same day.

Chemicals:

Some 6,500 chemical bombs containing 1,000 tons of chemical agents and 'several thousand' chemical rocket warheads, known from previous declarations, are unaccounted for.

Inspectors found a "laboratory quantity" of thiodiglycol, a precursor of mustard gas.

Iraq claims it destroyed its stocks of VX gas after it proved to be of poor quality. But the UN says it has evidence that the VX was "weaponised".

The discovery of 122mm chemical rockets may be the tip of the iceberg. "Several thousand" chemical rockets are unaccounted for.

Iraq has repaired equipment at a chemical plant previously destroyed by the UN, supposedly for the production of chlorine and phenols.

Biological Weapons:

Iraq claims to have destroyed 8,500 liters of anthrax, but has provided little evidence.

Iraq deliberately omitted to declare 650kg of bacterial growth medium. This could produce 5,000 liters of anthrax.

Missiles:

Iraq has supplied Al Samoud 2 and Al Fatah missles - both with ranges exceeding the 150km limit - to it's army. These missiles are "prima facie cases of proscribed systems".

Iraq has rebuilt casting chambers, previously destroyed by the UN and possibly used to make missiles with ranges above 150km.

Iraq has imported 380 rocket engines which could be used for the Al Samoud missiles.

Iraq has "illegally" imported chemicals used in missile propellants, also guidance and control systems.

Soooo,.... when Blix's team was doing the looking (and finding nothing), there was ample reason for the world to fear Saddam's regime, but now that Bush's team is doing the looking, there's no justification for the conflict that then ensued?

Suddenly, Bush has been lying and exaggerating about this stuff? Incredible!

What about Blix? Nobody stood up and criticized him, right there in the UN, when he made these claims.

The Left relies upon the peoples' inability to recall facts, even a couple of months prior, but our computers have much more reliable memories.

Yes, Mobyclone, you will get your wish. Your idiotic blather will remain on file for as long as Free Republic exists, and we will have fun with you and every other soldier in Moby's army of hip-hop morons, just as a cat toys with the helpless rat before eating it. It's almost like immortality, isn't it?

And why shouldn't we think you are actually Al Gore? You seem to be as mindless, and as much a fool. If only the remaining rats were as clueless as you unashamedly seem to be, this election wouldn't even raise a sweat, much less be close. But, I have a feeling, that the corrupt marrionette handlers that control your silly flacid strings, are more devious and more of a threat to our freedom and our economy than a child like drooler as yourself.
