Ahh, that's it, it's all about racism. Apparently messages about the dangers of unprotected sex with a white gay male just don't translate properly and convey the dangers of unprotected sex with a black gay male. We need a multi-million dollar advertising campaign because somehow the view is different when a black male is being barebacked. Silly me.

Yup, and I wonder who it was who has been pumping the message out in the black community that they are different and the rules need not apply to them? Take that to this level and perhaps black men actually believed they were somehow immune to this "white gay boy disease".
