No way Kerry wins Ohio. The Dem party has no base here at all and is total shambles.

And despite the Dems being in total shambles, Bush only outpolled Gore/Nader by a measly 1.0% in 2000. And that's after Gore essentially pulled all his resources out of the state with 6 weeks left in the campaign. Take Ohio for granted at your own risk!

yup announcing Gore as the winner more than 10 minutes before the polls closed.

Just have a feeling about Nebraska. Seems to be trending more like Iowa and Minnesota rather than like Kansas and Missouri.

Nevada, with an influx of businesses from California, seems to be trending more towards the Republican party.

Maryland is, in my opinion, prime for a conservative flip. Much like the saying, "A conservative is a liberal who has been mugged", Maryland has been mugged time and time again by liberals and the exodus to Virginia has shown that people are fed up with it. I wouldn't target Baltimore with ads, but I would make sure that the Virginia campaign reached across the border to hit rural Maryland.

Right now I know about 3 Okies who will vote for Bush and 50 who will vote for any dim Dem.

While I appreciate your anecdotal experience, it is unlikely for Oklahoma to vote for Kerry.

To win Missouri, we need to rent all the rentable vans around St. Louis for election day. If they are already reserved, rent them a few days before and return them late.

We take those vans and drive to Veteran Nursing Homes and pick up retired vets. Maybe the same one over and over. We get the double whammy of getting GOP voters to the polls and denying the Dems the vans to drag homeless into them, bribe them with donuts and cigs and take them to the polls with false ID.

I agree...Ford has a future...but frankly, we have a deeper bench with stalwarts like Condi Rice and J. C. Watts...

It is true that we have a deeper bench, but don't look for Condi or JC to do too much. Condi just isn't a politician. She doesn't seem to have the fire in the belly that most politicians need to have and JC seems to want to float in and out of politics. To be honest, I'd hate to see a Senator Condi Rice because I think she's too good a decision-maker to get lost in a legislature. Most likely, she will replace Powell at State (cabinet officers rarely serve in a second term) and if she can turn that battleship around, she deserves to be Queen, not just president.

Feminists are desperate (as are all Dems) to kick Bush out. One VA. Dem was quoted as saying he would,"Vote for the devil over Bush." Kerry would still set the tone re:P-B abortion.

Doubtful Gene Taylor could even deliver MS. However, he would "soften" Kerry's anti-RKBA history. I can envision he and Kerry hunting birds in N. MS. Unfortunately, it would dupe many...Just as Klinton's duck hunting foray did. It's just sad, as Ross Perot would say.

Interesting points you raise. Let me state the obvious about Whiteman AFB. The introduction of the B-2 Bomber has turned a sleepy little area into a "boom town." Much economic activity began 11 years ago when first B-2 arrived.

The fact Kerry voted against this, will not be lost on area residents...
