Vincent Foster and the Supreme Court
Posted on 02/10/2004 10:36:33 AM PST by justiceseeker93
Now the Supreme Court is deciding Alan Favish's Freedom Of Infomation Act suit against the government to obtain scene photographs of Vincent Foster's body and its immediate surroundings at Fort Marcy Park. Judging from the briefs and the oral argument, this case should be a no-brainer. The FOIA is designed to compel government to disclose. The privacy argument of "the Foster family" is based upon emotionalism and fraud (typical of Clinton acolytes). The privacy exemption in the FOIA law is a personal exemption; it does not pertain after the subject of the government record has passed on.
Why, then, did widow Lisa and sister Shiela intervene in this case to block release of these photos to Mr. Favish? Why did they employ the services of an attorney with strong attachments to the Clinton White House to pursue their bogus argument? The answer is that their motivation goes far beyond the purported "emotional distress" that would accrue to the family if the photos are released. If the disputed photos offer further evidence of murder as the two women fear, Lisa and Shiela become hot suspects in the homicide plot. Their participation in this case is motivated not by an interest in "the family's emotional health" but by their desires to conceal the true facts.

If you have such a great interest in the Foster case, why then did you join FR only today? Lisa was never seriously considered a suspect. We all know who was...

Geez, I think the two women are much less likely to be murder suspects than are agents of Willie's administration and his White House Sewer Dwellers.
But, we recently found the most likely motovation for Foster's murder, millions of dollars hidden in Swiss bank accounts, the money from the sale of Saddam's oil vouchers. It is the same reason that Suzie did time and wouldn't talk; she had millions at risk. Jim McDougal was murdered to prevent him from talking.
An investigation into Foster's murder (there has not yet been a real investigation) would demonstrate clearly that he had been murdered and that would lead in to all his secret trips to Switzerland and that to his secret accounts and that to Willie's secret accounts and that to Marc Rich's pay offs to Willie and so on. I'm surprised the NYT hasn't already been ordered to write some editorials urging privacy because "they've suffered enough."

Interesting angle. Dunno if it will pass muster with this crowd, however.
And I mean "this crowd" in the kindest and most complimentary way.

That would also be in context to which god the pictured person was referring to, if it was God Almighty, then I am sure it would have been capitalized. However I believe the person was refering to a demi-god or a lower demon...
