I feel sorry for my native state.North Carolina is just following many other states. You can thank the Federal Government. That is the root of this insanity.

When I go back to visit my parents and family I notice how much my state changes each year. The real change started about 25 years ago when all the Yankees started really pouring in... *sigh*
