One of the differences between President Bush and Senator Kerry is that President Bush is comfortable around the members of the U.S. military because he is proud of them whereas Senator Kerry is uncomfortable around them because he is ashamed of them. After all, he claimed members of the U.S. military in Vietnam routinely murdered, robbed, raped, etc., or covered up for those who did.

Kerry, I want out six months early.
Bush, I would like to finish my education and return to complet my military commitment.
One quit early, the other finished what he started.
Who would you rather have as Commander in Chief?

"....the military doesn't make the man...."
How true! It's the MAN that makes the military!
For those of you who may be interested, read the article in the recent on-line "Beaufort Gazette" (SC) about Major Neal "Nick" Pugliese USMC. He was recently awarded the Bronze Star Medal(with combat distinquishing device "V" for valor). Read how he earned the Bronze Star Medal and compare it to Kerry's Silver Star Medal "accomplishment." I must add that I served in the early 90's with then, Captain Nick Pugliese and I can honesty tell you that he is one of the most genuinely humble Marine Officers that I had the pleasure to have served with! Can John Kerry say "HUMBLE?"
