The gun industry liability protection bill has already gotten out of the House (on 4/9/2003 @ 5:46pm). The Senate version will contain the ban, and then in conferance the ban will be retained, and the bill adopted by unanamous consent (so nobody in the House has to have a recorded vote for the ban) in both houses, probably at about 2 AM.
