Looks like Geragos is being booted by Jackson. I watched Catherine Crier today and the Peterson trial IS going to go ahead right away. Geragos's phone survey is being questioned as to how ethical it is. The change of venue is NOT going to change. Far as I can see, this Judge will hold a tight reign on this trial and there will be no appealable items. Looks tho like Geragos is out of the BIG money.

Let's see... one thing... I hope the state doesn't put on any sort of parade of Scott's old girlfriends. (Probably won't... I think they'd have a relevancy problem w/ that anyway.) It would look like they were piling on, about a "peripheral" issue.

Not that I wouldn't want to hear what Scott's girlfriends had to say, but this IS about the murder, and I guess he was done with all of them except Amber, at the time of the murder...
