When I was in college radio in the early 80s, we got in the first album by Sean's half-brother, Julian (the inspiration for "Hey Jude"; his mother was JL's first wife, Cynthia Twist). Someone wrote on it, "If my last name wasn't Lennon I'd be scrubbing bedpans at Liverpool General Hospital!" :)
